“It's easy to use doesn't require much thought. That being said you need to be consistent. It initially caused slight discomfort for the first few weeks but overtime it improves. I was able to wear it whilst asleep and it didn't impede my sleep schedule whatsoever. Very easy to use with very good results!"”
